"Of all the statefarms I could go to, I assure you that this is the worst, they are never in offices or answer calls. Once they give you the insurance you are alone, and they have changed your rates without consulting"

"Hi there. We take feedback seriously, but we’re unable to find any record of you as a customer based on this name. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am–5pm, and we have multiple team members dedicated to answering calls and assisting customers throughout the day. If we ever miss a call, voicemails and texts are returned promptly, typically within the hour. Regarding rates, changes typically occur when customers make updates to a policy such as vehicles, drivers, or coverages. In some cases, there are broader rate adjustments that come from State Farm at a corporate level, those are not set or controlled by our local office. In either case, State Farm sends advance notice of all changes well ahead of time. We’re always happy to review policies and explain any changes so our customers feel fully informed. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and address your concerns. Please give us a call at 502-214-4707 or stop by during business hours. "

"This is the best Insurance lady that I’ve ever met. I went with nationwide on your side for 44 years and they screwed me up so don’t go there but this young lady is the best. "I was recently reviewing car insurance companies as I found out, I was not in “good hands” with my current company. Tried the on line , but I got a lot of fast talkers, who really couldn’t convince me to go with them. I also got calls and text from som large well known companies too. So as I read them all and listened to voicemails-one stuck out above them all. State Farm and the agent, Holly Coy. In the end I knew I had an agent who cared about my needs and situation. I got more bang for my buck. Better coverage for both home and auto. And a premium that was better than I had ever had for 3 cars full coverage. Call her."
